My Journey to Jesus

I came back to Jesus in October 2012 and my life has magically transformed.

As some of you know my husband Alec died in June 2012 but never once did I question God or blame him.  I think that's when my life slowly began to turn to Jesus.

Mel has been a friend for 25 years and she came round several times after Alex died and we chatted and she invited me to come to the Beacon so I said yes and here I am.

My life has changed for the better and having Jesus in my life is exciting and he is helping me over my grief.

The more I become involved in SRBC and Jesus the stronger I feel.  Jesus empowers me.  So as an affirmation of my love for Jesus I am going to be baptised today in front of my friends and family.

So I want to say a big THANK YOU to you all for praying for me and being here for me, but especially Mel, my mentor, friend and towel holder.
